Yes. From a phone or computer, you can select a batch of photos and videos. The goal is to make it practical even when you’re rebuilding years of family memories.

Yes. A photo with two children can be linked to both without storing it twice. Parents can update those links later from the Album.

When a reliable date is available in the file, INSTANTS uses it to place the memory in the correct year. If no reliable date exists, a Parent can correct it.

Yes. Parents can select one or more media items and delete them from the Album.

Yes. The “Parents only” option keeps a media item hidden from children and Family & Friends.

They have three simple spaces: see updates from children they follow, tell them a story, and leave a message or Time Capsule for later.

No. One person keeps one account. They can be connected to several children and even have a different relationship with each one.

No. They only see family content associated with children they have access to. “Parents only” content remains hidden.

It’s a message, video, voice recording, or memory created today but meant to be discovered later — on a chosen date, birthday, or important life milestone.

Yes. Some Time Capsules can be linked to a life event, such as getting a driver’s license, moving into a first apartment, or another milestone chosen by the family.

Yes. Anyone connected to the child can leave something for later from their own space.

No. INSTANTS is designed as a private family space. Access depends on the account, the person’s role, and their connection to each child.

Yes. A family can request an export of photos, videos, voice messages, creations, Time Capsules, text, and related metadata to keep a copy of their family story.

Yes. You can request deletion after downloading your data if you want to keep a copy.

INSTANTS is designed so the story built during childhood can follow them into adulthood. At 18, their space is designed to become their personal history without erasing what the family created.

The US family plan is $5.99/month and includes up to two Parent accounts, all children in the family, and unlimited Family & Friends.

Yes. The free trial lasts 30 days and includes access to the family plan features.

Yes. You can turn off renewal from your subscription space. Your memories are not deleted when you do so.

It depends on the situation. For a free trial that was never converted, access is paused on day 30. Without payment, on day 90 from the start of the trial, the family’s media and Family & Friends access are automatically removed, as explained in the reminders sent. For an existing paid subscription that later has a failed payment, access may be paused after reminders, but deletion is not automatic: the account is reviewed separately. You can request a complete export before the trial deletion date.

Yes. Before permanent deletion, you can request a full export of your family story : photos, videos, voice messages, creations, Time Capsules, text, and related information. The goal is for you to be able to leave INSTANTS with a copy of your memories.

A failed payment does not delete anything. Access may be limited while you update billing, but your memories remain preserved during the safety period. You can restore your subscription or request an export.
